Feedback! Oh no! - or YES!

As you probably know, many people do not feel optimistic heading into a feedback conversation. That is natural. The same is true of those who need to deliver feedback. Our brains often see feedback as a threat and try to warn us off with emotion.


The good news is that you can prepare for either giving or receiving feedback and cultivate a mindset that will help create a positive outcome.
